St. Sampson the Hospitable Mission Inc is a registered non-profit company in Antigua and Barbuda. It was founded in 2008 and engages in missionary trips wherever needed.
In 2010, Dr. Humphreys led a team of healthcare professionals to Haiti during the devastating earthquake that claimed and changed thousands of lives. The team trained over 30 doctors and nurses in CPR/BLS, ACLS and PALS and worked in the local clinics and villages; offering their expertise where needed. In addition, a defibrillator was donated to Bethel Clinic in Fond-De-Negres.
That same year, Dr. Humphreys started a yearly feeding program in Guyana, South America. This feeding program started at Carmal's Home in Albion, Corriverton and efforts have continued throughout Guyana.

- Island wide free blood pressure clinics, donations and lectures.
- Fill a barrel initiative: non perishable items are collected and distributed to the needy.
- Year free blood pressure clinic, Pap smear, prostate checks, clinical breast examinations, PSA and General labs offered to the people of Barbuda in collaboration with the Barbuda Pentecostal Church.
- "Tithing in Service" - at least 10% (1/10) of daily patients in regular clinic are attended to free of cost.
